Leopard print heels from Simply Be

Hi guys!

Hope you're all well and had a very lovely weekend.

This weekend my leopard print heel dreams finally came true! Me and the Mr went to Leicester for a spot of shopping. We went to the Simply Be store there and whilst we were casually browsing, I spotted these babies! My man bought them for me, bless him <3

Aren't they BEAU-tiful!

They are a platform with a 4" heel. I have wide feet so finding gorgeous shoes to accommodate my big ol' hoofs is quite hard! Oh and being a size 9 too does not help.

I tried them on in case they didn't fit, but yay they slipped on like a dream. I have to say, they are probably the most comfortable heels I own.

This style also comes in a pretty pink with polka dots.
(I want them too - hehe!)

More pics:

Look at those cute bow's!

I cannot wait to wear them on a night out. I will most probably do an OOTN featuring these very soon!
So ladies (or gents) do not despair if you have larger and wider feet, there are gorgeous shoes out there, they just take some finding.

On a little side note, for those who don't know, I got engaged at Christmas and I finally got my beautiful ring, I am such a happy girl and busy making wedding plans with the Mr.

Blue Sapphire & Diamonds on a White Gold band.

This gorgeous ring came from The Diamond Store London, check them out, they are fantastic and their customer service is amazing. I am sure we will return to them to purchase our wedding rings.

So guys, any questions etc leave them below in a comment. Also if you want me to do a heel collection blog then also comment below with a "yes to heels!"

See you soon,

Aimée x

Valentines Day Make up - Easy peasy!

Hi guys!

Today I return with a simple but cute make up look for Valentines Day.

I have used some of my favorite colours during this look, purple eyes, pale pink cheeks and a beautiful pink on the lips. This is a make up look that will suit all type of eye colours and skin tones.

Keep reading if you wish to see what products I used and how I used them to create this very lovely look :)

Eyes:

2true eyeshadow dazzlers

These dazzlers are such a beautiful product to use. They are so soft and highly pigmented. They apply like a dream and have great staying power. They are my favorite eyeshadows at the moment. I applied these over NYX Jumbo pencil in "Milk" using a flat brush.

I started with No11 (white/silver) in the inner corner of the eye, No13 (lavender) in the center of the eye and No12 (plum) on the outer corner and slightly into the crease.

I then applied my liquid eyeliner to the upper lid along the lash line with a slight wing. I applied my kohl along my water line (lower and upper). Then I lashed on (see what I did there) two coats of mascara.

Ta-Dah!

Rest of the face:

Foundation: ELF Mineral Foundation in "Light"

Concealer: Collection 2000 Lasting Perfection Concealer in "Light"

Blush/Contour: Bourjois little pot in "Rose Pink" and Bourjois Bronzing Powder

Eyeliner: Collection 2000 Fast Stroke Liquid Eyeliner in "Black" and ELF Kohl in "Black"

Mascara: Revlon Grow Luscious Plumping Mascara in "Black"

Eyebrows: George eyebrow pencil in "Blonde"

Lips: Estee Lauder Lipstick in "Pink Rose"

Final result:

And of course a silly face, I don't take myself seriously!

So guys, any questions, please leave a comment below.

I hope your all having a fabulous week and looking forward to Valentines Day next week!

See you soon,

My everyday make up

Hi guys!

So today's post is my "everyday" make up, I say everyday but this is what I'd wear if going out during the day and what products I use :)

Products I use for my day time make up

NYC smooth skin translucent loose powder
NYC Natural Matte foundation
NYC Cheek glow
Collection 2000 Concealer & Liquid eyeliner
ELF eyebrow kit in "light" & blush/contour compact
Nivea hydra care lip balm.

Face products
L-R

Eye products

Cheek products

On my lips I use Nivea's hydra care lip balm, I prefer a lip balm for day time use especially during winter.

Now of course I love all these products. I especially love the NYC foundation. It has taken me years to find a perfect shade for my pale skin and I have found it in this little beauty! I highly recommend it to any fellow fair skinned ladies out there.

And here is me wearing my every day make up
(oh and a silly face or two LOL!)

See you soon,

Aimée x

My hair care routine...

Hi guys!

So my first post is going to be about what products I use for my hair routine.

I have long and heavily dyed hair, so it needs some tlc every time I wash and dry it.

So, to start with I use Herbal Essences "Ignite my colour" Shampoo & Conditioner (pictured below)

I LOVE Herbal Essences, it smells amazing and leaves my hair feeling so so soft. I shampoo twice, then add a good dollop of conditioner. I leave the conditioner to work it's magic while I do what a girls gotta do in the shower (so for me about 10-15mins)

Once the washing process is complete, I then go onto use 3 more products. The first being from TRESemmé.

Split remedy £2.97 (bought while on offer from Superdrug)

It is a split end remedy serum, for split ends, go figure ;) I have been using this for about a month now, it promises to repair up to 80% of split ends in just 3 uses. I am not totally convinced that it does, but my ends have been looking nicer since I have been using it. I use 2 pumps through the ends of wet hair.

The second product is from The Hair Design Studio.

This is a hair vitality oil which contains Argan oil. Again I have been using this for about a month and I absolutely love it. It smells devine! The oil has has quite a thick texture and feels so smooth. I use about 2 pumps of the product through the ends of my wet hair.

The final product is from Schwarzkopf

This is their "Guardian Angel" heat protection spray, I only use this if I am going to straighten my hair. Its a nice product and I have been using it for a few years now.

After all the products are applied I then blow dry and style my hair.

Nothing to complicated here and no overly priced products either.

Hope you all have a great day and if you have any requests please leave them in a comment.

See you soon,

Aimée x
